Do something like 'ping x.x.x.255'. Once that's done, do a 'arp -a | grep "MAC Address". If your broadcast ping doesn't work, you may have to run one through a loop to hit all addresses. You only need to send one ping to each, so don't waste time with the default of multiple pings.
