Both are available from their respective websites under the section of previous versions available for download. With those two slightly older versions, RealDownloader works fine in Firefox on my Windows 10 Build 10130. RealDownloader does NOT work, however, in Internet Explorer, and forget about Project Spartan/Microsoft Edge.

It appears that the download offer was a temporary download to the real player library which exists independantly from the real player otherwise it would not be necessary to specifically instruct the system to uninstall the library as well.
